CRM-Integrated Contact Form

PROBLEM
The client’s Contact Us form submissions were sent to a generic sales inbox. Actions were handled manually and outside of the CRM, requiring re-keying of qualified leads. This caused delays, inconsistent communication, and no reliable reporting on sales outcomes.

SOLUTION
We implemented a customised Jotform integrated directly with Momentus Event Opportunities. New enquiries are immediately visible on the Sales Dashboard, automatically tracked inside the CRM, and fully integrated with reporting tools.
