Event IQ.NZ Registration Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to your purchase of registration (“Registration”) for the User Group Meeting (the “Event”) hosted by Tuppence Consulting. By completing your registration, you (“You” or “Your”) agree to be bound by the Terms outlined below.

1. Registration & Payment

You agree to receive a Tax Invoice after registration is received and that Your registration is not valid until full payment is made.

All Registration sales are final and non-transferable.

The price of each Registration is fixed and non-negotiable.

Registration does not include travel, accommodation, insurance, or incidental costs, all of which are the sole responsibility of the delegate.

2. Cancellation Policy
By registering, Registrant agrees to the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Cancellations received more than one month prior to the Event: 90% refund.

Cancellations received more than three weeks prior: 50% refund.
-
Cancellations received less than three weeks prior: No refund.
3. Delegate List & Privacy

Sharing of the delegate list with other attendees and/or sponsors is subject to opt-in consent during the registration process.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
4. Event Changes & Liability

Tuppence Consulting reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Event, including speaker line-up or schedule, without prior notice.

The views expressed by any speakers are their own. Tuppence Consulting accepts no responsibility for any advice, opinions, or information provided.

Tuppence Consulting accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during or as a result of attending the Event.

Attendance is at Your own risk. You assume responsibility for any potential incidents arising before, during, or after the Event.
5. Conduct
While attending the Event, You agree to comply with:

All applicable laws, including health and safety regulations;

All instructions provided by Tuppence Consulting or the venue;

The terms and conditions of the Event venue.
6. Photography & Media

By attending the Event, You consent to being photographed or filmed.

Tuppence Consulting may use photos or video footage for archival, promotional, or commercial purposes without compensation to You.

You waive all rights in relation to such media, including any so-called moral rights.
7. Personal Recordings

Recordings made by delegates at the Event must not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Tuppence Consulting.
8. Limitation of Liability

Tuppence Consulting’s maximum liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid for Your Registration.

Tuppence Consulting is not liable for: loss of profits, business, data, goodwill, contracts, or any indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and Tuppence Consulting in relation to Your participation in the Event. Any prior or conflicting terms are superseded.
